A few weeks ago (01/21/24), I had the opportunity to have a Shadow Work Session with Cathy & Sally. I’ve been on a healing journey for several years recovering from abuse growing up which turned into drug addiction, homelessness & more importantly self doubt. Pulling myself out of the trenches of my addiction & creating my own success story, I still suffered from self doubt. Not feeling that I was good enough or deserving to be happy. I’m a giver & thrive on celebrating other’s successes, however I still choose to punish myself for my past. I thought I had moved on & forgiven myself & others…. Until my session with these amazing ladies. I gave in & let them do their magic… I can’t explain that part, but it was magic. They knew everything that I was suffering from. Honestly, I was mind blown. They went through each cycle of my life & were able to cut cords, burn contracts that were attached to me, allowed me to honestly forgive myself & others and most importantly removed dark entities that were still hanging out. I laughed, I cried, I dry heaved, coughed …it was beautiful! 01/21 was my 10th year of being sober, so this gift that was given to me brings a whole new meaning to me on this date. There’s more…. They stayed with me for 10 days following the session to ensure that I was okay. A few days in I had a using dream and it literally woke Cathy up out of her sleep WTF 😳 A few hours after waking up, I received a text from Sally saying that they cleared the entity and that I was cleared. Since then my life has been happy, joyous & free. I learned that when something starts to feel heavy, I am allowed to let it go. I don’t have to carry all of that crap anymore. Thank you both so much for literally changing my life 🤍✨

They helped me to release my grandpas spirit and guide him to the other side last night as he needed some help moving on.
Also most importantly they were able to help teach me new stratigies to ground and to help ground me in the astral because I go out of body a lot and some health conditions were related to this. I had practiced the grounding rope in my minds eye to teather me to my bed as my body needs more rest and it’s been going out to the astral too often.
As suggested I also asked my guides and divine team to keep me present in bed to rest and heal and asked them for no astral travel for the next three days as advised. I also got rid of energy in the morning by cutting cords and feathering away stale energy as I help others a lot in my sleep. I also was taught to ground opening my crown and rooting to the earth.
Their guidance and support is amazing and truely nurturing! I am in awe! I am very very profoundly grateful for all the healing I received and would very strongly recommend these ladies to everyone. My sinus and ear pressure went way down today thanks to the healing I received yesterday. I also felt more awake and alert and energized today.
A day ago I had anxiety and these wonderful ladies helped me to ground using grounding lights and grounding deeply to the earth. Thry had me bam away the anxiety and throw it into a ball. The humor in this helped me to release it further. They said to practice grounding every day and I have committed to that.
Lastly, I liked their suggestions about wearing a suit for negetive energies for someone else in group during the day and sending the suit back to source energy. I used this today as an empath and it worked wonders and all their suggestions and healing has been spot on for me and has significantly helped with my spiritual practice and life. If you get a chance please join their lives and healings you won’t regret it!
